• The promotion is only for purchases in Hong Kong for Hong Kong residents with a valid Hong Kong registered mobile number.
• Each person may only register once, and each mobile phone number can only be registered once.  Registration must be done before purchase or at point of purchase.
• Redemptions is only available for purchases of MyDay® and clariti® contact lenses.
• This registration period is from December 15, 2018 to March 15, 2019; the period for completion of redemption is from December 15, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
• Registration and redemption is limited to the first 3000 persons/mobile numbers only and it is subject to first-come-first-served basis.
• Customers may be required to pay for eye/service fees provided by professional optometrists. According to Section 5.4 of Part III of the Hong Kong Optometrists Management Code, optometrists may not claim to provide any free or discounted professional services. If found to be in breach of professional conduct, the highest disciplinary sanction is to remove the optometrist from the register. Removed and published the order in the Hong Kong Government Gazette.
