Noel serves as Senior Vice President of RAQA since 2015. Prior to that he held the position of Vice President QA since joining the corporation in 2013. Before joining CooperVision Noel worked for various companies such as Motorola and Boston Scientific, and gained his experience working in Asia, Europe, and the USA. Starting from an engineering background, Noel has 35 years’ experience in R&D; Manufacturing Operations, and Quality and Regulatory Affairs, gained in the Electronics and Medical Device Industries.
