Firstly, let us thank you for your ongoing support for CooperVision products.
We would like to inform you that with effect from 14 September 2017, Dreimlens Corporation Limited ("Dreimlens") had ceased to be a distributor of the following CooperVision products in Hong Kong:
Ultraflex 55
Ultraflex 38
Frequency 55
Vertex Toric
(collectively “Products”)
We further wish to inform you that as Dreimlens has ceased to be CooperVision's distributor for the Products, and in view that the Products have been sold in the Hong Kong market for a long time and most of the Products are being discontinued by CooperVision and its affiliates globally, the sale of all the Products in Hong Kong will cease shortly.
Accordingly, kindly note that all requests for power exchanges of unopened Products must be submitted by you to Dreimlens at the latest by 28 February 2018, and no request for exchange of the Products submitted after this date would be accepted. Please note that product exchanges will be subject to availability as production has already ceased for Ultraflex 38, and the stocks available for the other Products is very limited. Please therefore contact Dreimlens within this deadline should you wish to make any exchange. Other terms and conditions of exchange will continue to apply.

For customer service, returns, credits, accounts payable and other service needs relating to any of the Products ordered from Dreimlens, please continue to liaise with Dreimlens.
