Dan serves as President of CooperVision Inc. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CooperCompanies, a position he has held since November 2013. He served as General Counsel from November 2007 to February 2014, Chief Risk Officer from July 2011 to October 2013, and as Vice President from July 2006 to October 2013. Dan was also Senior Counsel from February 2005 to November 2007. Prior to joining us, Dan was a lawyer with Latham & Watkins LLP from October 1998 to February 2005, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
